Video Production

Award-winning video production and documentary storytelling.

My video production work includes three documentary projects, a commercial and an athletics-focused creative reel. Across these projects, I handled shooting, editing, and story development. The work spans long-form and short-form formats and reflects an approach grounded in relationships and effective storytelling.

Documentary Production

These documentary projects focus on place, people, and process, using interview-driven storytelling and observational footage to explore real-world subjects with clarity and intention. Each film was produced from concept through final cut. Shot on iPhone 15 Pro, Sony a7ii, DJI Mini 3 Pro Drone and edited with Adobe Premiere Pro.

Sturgis Stories: Echoes of a Southern Town

This documentary explores my hometown through place, memory, and the people who shape its identity. Through personal interviews, local residents reflect on the town’s evolution and its future. I shot, edited, and produced the project to create an authentic, community-driven narrative grounded in lived experience.

Delta Roots,
Doe’s Legacy

This documentary tells the story of Charles Signa, Sr., longtime owner of the James Bearden award-winning Doe’s Eat Place in Greenville, Mississippi. I shot, edited and produced the project to capture his story shaped by his personality and recollection of Doe’s over time.

From Instinct to Intel:
The Precision Ag
Revolution

This documentary explores precision agriculture through the experiences of farmers who use data-driven technologies to guide modern operations. I shot, edited, and produced the project to translate technical processes into a clear, approachable visual story to inform unfamiliar audiences.

How does this relate to public relations?

Working on short- and long-form content reinforced the importance of clarity and intention in storytelling.

My video experience directly informs my approach to public relations by shaping how I think about message tailoring based on content length. Whether supporting a brand, event or campaign, these projects strengthened my ability to communicate a clear message.
Having the ability to work as a full-service content agency allows me to carry an idea from strategy to execution, ensuring visual storytelling aligns with broader communication goals and long-term brand perception.
