My newsroom experience within Take 30 News, Mississippi State’s student-led news team, includes shooting, writing and editing news stories and producing a live newscast, complete with tags and teases. Working in this environment strengthened my approach to media relations within public relations by understanding message framing, audience attention and responsible reporting.
